Feeling a little flabby post-holidays? No worries! Klaire Maranto, owner of Klaire’s Kitchen, has you covered with healthy meals! Klaire founded and runs her own Lynchburg-based meal prep service that specializes in healthy, affordable, and convenient meals. Klaire, who is also a nutritionist, will share her professional health tips on eating well. Then show you how to make 3 easy and delicious sheet pan chicken dinners for the family. Each meal is made on a single sheet pan, which means fewer dishes and it all cooks together at the same time! Plus each has a sauce or drizzle to add that extra special yum factor.
In class you will learn the methods to prep and cook each meal, but will get your choice of which one to make hand’s-on and take home. Pick from:
1. Mediterranean Chicken - a mix of onion, squash, baby potatoes topped with a Zesty Lemon Drizzle sauce
2. Bruschetta Chicken - a low carb meal of spaghetti squash “pasta” and mozzarella topped with a Chunky Bruschetta Salsa with tomatoes, basil, and seasonings
3. BBQ Chicken - a combo of corn on the cob, potato “fries”, and slathered with BBQ sauce
In addition to your meal, participants will receive recipes and enjoy a glass of wine or beer (if older than 21) or a fizzy water. This class is ideal for ages 14+
