Base Rental Rate:
$150 per hour
Two-hour minimum booking is required
Full payment is required to reserve your dates
What’s included:
Full access to the Cafe space
All tables and chairs
Bathroom facilities
30 minutes before for setup
30 minutes after for cleanup
House Rules:
No outside alcoholic beverages permitted
All decorations must be approved
Outside food requires pre-approval and additional fee
Additional setup/cleanup time available for fee

The Flour District is fully ADA accessible. There is handicap parking and a ramp from the parking lot to the patio and no stairs once inside. Restrooms are also ADA accessible.

We have two large all-gender restrooms available for the duration of your event.

Staff is on site for the duration of your event and will tidy as needed throughout the event. We ask that clients please take any items brought for their event with them or dispose of them properly.

Barista service and drinks are available with an additional fee. Inquire for details and variations of this service.

The entire front of house is available for your event, however the Bakery and Teaching Kitchens are not part of the event rental.

Catering is available for events from our catering brochure. We require at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure we can fulfill catering requests. Please inquire for brochure and pricing.
