Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Making Class!

Curious about cheesemaking but it sounds too complicated? Let us show you just how easy it can be! In this intro to cheesemaking explore your inner fromager by creating fresh mozzarella. We’ll show you all of the steps beginning with milk, tempering, stretching, and then forming the classic mozzarella balls. Participants will take home cheese made in class and enjoy a cheesy snack - made with fresh mozz of course!
Each participant will also enjoy a glass of wine or beer (if older than 21) or a fizzy water.
This class is ideal for ages 14+
