What’s “yeast dough” you ask? Ever had a warm cinnamon roll? Or a perfectly pillowy dinner roll? Then you know yeast dough - one dough, so many possibilities! In this class, participants will learn how to make a simple and classic yeast dough and then shape it into different applications like cinnamon rolls, babka knots, and savory rolls.

Each participant will take home a variety of these treats plus we'll also provide the dough recipe, and a kitchen scale for exact measuring!

This class is ideal for all skill levels! Ages 14+
