The often overlooked and under appreciated egg is a magical food and one that deserves perfect preparation whether for an omelette, in a sauce, or if just humbly boiled. Let classically trained Chef Adam Bean from Veritas Winery impart his expert egg preparation techniques and knowledge in this class devoted to egg cookery. Chef Adam brings years of professional experience and knowledge to class and will provide the skills for making a perfect French omelette, Hollandaise Sauce, and all the ways to properly boil eggs (Deviled Eggs anyone?) and more!

Each participant will also enjoy a glass of wine or beer (if older than 21) or a fizzy water. Enjoy snacks in class and take home the recipes and techniques.
